Your Rights and Obligations
These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the ac35 platform by registered players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By using ac35, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ac35 platform at ac35.app (hereinafter "the Platform", "ac35", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is indicated by any of the following acts: (a) clicking the acceptance checkbox during the account registration process; (b) accessing or using any part of the ac35 Platform after the effective date of these terms; or (c) placing any bet, wager, or game stake via the Platform. If you are acting on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.
ac35 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for updates.
Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. The English version is the sole authoritative version. Any translation or summary provided in any other language is for informational convenience only and has no legal effect. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ac35. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. ac35 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
Geographic Eligibility
ac35 is designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ac35 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
Identity Verification (KYC)
ac35 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing withdrawals or at any time ac35 deems necessary, you may be required to submit a valid National Identity Card, passport, or other government-issued identification document to verify your identity, age, and source of funds.
Additional Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible to use the ac35 Platform, you also represent and warrant that: (a) you are not acting on behalf of any third party or otherwise in a professional gambling capacity without ac35's prior written consent; (b) you are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of ac35 or any of its associated entities, or a close family member of such a person; (c) you have not been previously excluded or suspended from the Platform; (d) you are not registered or attempting to register with false, incomplete, or misleading information; and (e) you do not have an existing ac35 account — each player is entitled to one account only.
ac35 reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close an existing account if it reasonably believes any of the above eligibility conditions are not met, without obligation to provide a detailed explanation to the player concerned.
Section 3
Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
To access the full range of ac35 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold one ac35 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, identity, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately upon detection. Balances and winnings in any duplicate account may be forfeited in their entirety. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name fraudulently, contact ac35 support immediately.
Account Security & Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ac35 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ac35 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ac35 support immediately via [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Two-Factor Verification
ac35 employs OTP (One-Time Password) two-factor authentication for login and withdrawal requests. This security feature is applied by default to all accounts. You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number registered to your account remains active and in your possession. ac35 is not liable for delays or access issues arising from your failure to maintain access to your registered mobile number.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ac35 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the ৳ symbol. ac35 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposit Conditions
All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. ac35 reserves the right to request evidence that the payment account used for deposit is registered in your name, and to refuse or reverse any deposit where this cannot be established to ac35's reasonable satisfaction.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where ac35 explicitly permits an alternative method in writing. A minimum wagering activity equivalent to the deposit amount must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved. ac35 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to delay processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC or anti-money-laundering checks. Any withdrawal request found to be connected to fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity will be refused and the relevant account balance may be forfeited.
Currency and Fees
All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in BDT. ac35 does not currently charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility. ac35 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.
Section 5
Betting & Gaming Rules
Placement and Acceptance of Bets
A bet or wager is not accepted until ac35 has confirmed its receipt and displayed a bet reference number to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of any bet — including the event, market, selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming placement. ac35 is not liable for errors made by the player in the bet entry process. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless ac35 explicitly offers a cash-out or edit facility for that specific bet.
Odds and Market Pricing
ac35 sets odds at its sole discretion. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. In the event that a bet is placed on incorrect odds due to a system error or manifest pricing mistake (a "palpable error"), ac35 reserves the right to void such bets and return the relevant stakes. A palpable error is defined as odds that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing fair market price for the relevant event at the time of the bet.
Live In-Play Betting
ac35 offers live in-play betting on cricket, football, and other selected sports. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and real-time market conditions. ac35 may suspend or close in-play markets at any time, including mid-event, without notice. Bets placed during a market suspension period may be voided. ac35 is not responsible for connectivity delays on the player's end that result in bets being placed after a market has been suspended.
Casino and RNG Games
All casino games on ac35 — including slots, virtual table games, and other RNG (Random Number Generator) titles — are operated using certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are entirely determined by the RNG and are not influenced by ac35 or any third party. By playing any casino game, you acknowledge that the house edge is built into the game's design and that ac35 does not guarantee any player a positive financial outcome over any given period of play.
Live Casino
Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules governing each live casino game are determined by the relevant game provider. ac35 accepts no responsibility for technical failures on the part of the live casino provider. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or round, the game outcome will be determined by the provider's prevailing rules for disconnection scenarios.
Voided Bets and Abandoned Events
Where a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach its scheduled conclusion, ac35 will apply standard industry void rules: unless specifically stated otherwise in the rules for a given sport or market, bets on affected markets will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket specifically, a minimum number of overs must be completed (as specified in the relevant market rules) for match-result bets to stand.
Section 6
Bonuses & Promotions
ac35 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
General Bonus Conditions
- One bonus per player: Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or payment methods is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in that bonus's terms.
- Eligible games and markets: Not all games and betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. The eligible games and their contribution percentages are specified in individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded markets do not count toward wagering requirements.
- Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play that have not met the applicable wagering requirement by the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Extensions to bonus expiry periods are not available.
- Minimum odds: Where a sports betting bonus is subject to minimum odds requirements, bets placed at shorter odds will not qualify for wagering requirement contribution. Minimum qualifying odds are stated in individual promotion terms.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances. Withdrawals are processed from your real-money balance first. Once all wagering requirements have been satisfied, any remaining bonus funds convert to real money and become withdrawable. ac35 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a player claiming it, and to amend the terms of active bonuses where required by operational necessity, with notice provided via the Platform wherever practicable.
Abuse and Fraud
ac35 operates sophisticated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage); using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent. Where bonus abuse is detected, ac35 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the player's account without notice.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ac35 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials; submitting forged identity documents; misrepresenting your identity, age, or location.
- Match fixing and corruption: Placing bets on events in which you have knowledge of or are involved in any corrupt activity, including match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption.
- Collusion: Conspiring with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports market, including chip-dumping in live poker-format games.
- Arbitrage and systematic exploitation: Using the Platform in a systematic manner designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies or promotional terms rather than for genuine gambling entertainment, including automated betting systems, bots, or scripts.
- Money laundering: Using the ac35 Platform to deposit, withdraw, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity, or to conceal the origin of funds in any way. ac35 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
- Underage gambling: Registering or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing any person under 18 to access your account.
- Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in ac35's Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and must be returned.
- Interference with the Platform: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of ac35's Platform, servers, or networks.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Temporary Suspension
ac35 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of suspected prohibited conduct, identity verification, or unusual account activity. During suspension, you cannot place bets, deposit, or withdraw funds. You will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.
Closure by ac35
ac35 may permanently close your account in the event of material breach of these Terms & Conditions, confirmed fraudulent activity, or account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months. In cases of fraud or material breach, account balances may be forfeited. In cases of inactivity closure, remaining real-money balances will be returned.
Closure by Player
You may request closure of your ac35 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes and any eligible real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Bonus balances not yet converted to real money will be forfeited upon account closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. ac35 will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. After 24 consecutive months of inactivity, ac35 reserves the right to close a dormant account and return any remaining real-money balance to the player's last registered payment method, less any applicable administrative charges clearly stated in the then-current fee schedule.
Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by ac35 or by you — these Terms & Conditions shall continue to apply to all matters arising from your use of the Platform prior to closure, including the settlement of pending bets, resolution of outstanding disputes, and any obligations related to payments or refunds. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall do so.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac35 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. ac35's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits ac35's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. If you have a dispute with ac35, you should contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. ac35 is committed to resolving all player complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Complaints not resolved through direct support channels may be escalated through ac35's formal dispute resolution procedure, details of which are available on request.
